Freddie Kaplan Plays Piano

Freddie Kaplan, my dear old dad, played piano by ear until the side of his head was black and blue. He then realized that since he could play the accordion he could also play piano. My earliest auditory memories include listening to him play the same three or four songs over and over on an antique upright player piano in our living room. This footage was shot using a JVC GR-HF705 Compact VHS-C camera during our final days of ownership of our old Canarsie home.
